River Oaks shares aggregated information with potential advertisers, contractors, investors and other third parties in connection with the sale of advertising to be delivered on River Oaks websites and Applications and the marketing of River Oaks's products and services.
River Oaks may share your personally identifiable information with third parties that River Oaks believes to have products and services that you might like and allow those third parties to offer those products or services directly to you. River Oaks retains your personally identifiable information for as long as you use the Application, remain a member of the River Oaks loyalty program, or maintain an online account with an River Oaks website, and for a reasonable time thereafter. River Oaks retains anonymous information it collects under this privacy policy for up to two years from the date of collection, and thereafter may only retain such information in the aggregate.

You may uninstall an Application from your mobile device at any time, and River Oaks will delete the personally identifiable information in its possession concerning your use of the Application; however, you will continue to receive e-mail, SMS text messages and other communications if you selected those services through your account at the River Oaks website. River Oaks will delete all of your personally identifiable information (except for your transaction history) from River Oaks's records upon your written request. However, you will not be able to access some areas of the River Oaks website, use some aspects of the Application or have the Application function properly if you choose to delete your personally identifiable information.
When you create an account with River Oaks and during certain purchase transactions, you may opt out of receiving marketing communications from River Oaks and its service providers. River Oaks may change this privacy policy at any time.
