DO NO HARM - Houston Premiere

NR
90 min.

Home health nurse Sam Yeong (Harry Shum Jr.) is already burned out and overwhelmed. But when he realizes that, in his exhaustion, he may have administered a fatal dose of medication to a young patient, his professional and personal life begin to unravel. Over the next 24 hours, as he desperately struggles to conceal the truth, his mounting guilt sets him on a collision course with the grieving father (Jimmy Gonzales), while those around him—including colleagues portrayed by Rosaline Elbay and Ronny Chieng—become entangled in the fallout.

Inspired by the growing pressures facing America's healthcare system, and the countless professionals, patients, and families affected by it, Do No Harm is a gripping, emotionally charged drama about moral injury, impossible expectations, and the extraordinary weight carried by those entrusted with the care of others.

Following the screening, audience members are invited to stay for a live Q&A with members of the filmmaking team.

Scheduled Attendees Include:

Writer/Director Chris Hartwell

Producers Christian Sosa, Joshua Sikora, and Micah Sudduth

Executive Producers Joseph Kawaja and Jason Melton
