SHAYE OGBONNA served as Executive Producer, Showrunner, and Creator of Peacock's FIGHT NIGHT starring Kevin Hart, Taraji P. Henson, Don Cheadle, Terrence Howard and Samuel L Jackson with Hartbeat and Will Packer producing. FIGHT NIGHT brought home the 2025 NAACP Image award for Outstanding Limited TV Series. Shaye also worked on HBO Max's THE PENGUIN, the 2025 WGA Award winner for Best Limited Series, and before that on Showtime's THE CHI, the Bad Robot produced HBO Max series, DUSTER, and USA Network's EVEL. Most recently, he closed a deal to develop his original series TRAP CITY with Lionsgate. In the feature space his project, GOD'S COUNTRY, premiered to great reviews at Sundance, and was subsequently acquired by IFC. Thandie Newton stars, with Cold Iron Pictures producing and financing.
LI LU is the creator and curator of HTX MADE. She was born in Suzhou, China and raised in Sugar Land, TX. As a director, her award-winning narrative feature/TV and documentary work can be streamed on Hulu, Amazon, and Netflix. Her most recent work is A TOWN CALLED VICTORIA, a docuseries about an arson of a Texas mosque. It premiered on PBS and won Best Limited Series at the 2024 IDA Awards. She is passionate about creating bold, fearless projects across form and strengthening communities around the stories we tell.
