Daniel, a modest merengue drummer from a small Dominican village, crosses paths with Isabel, the mayor's niece who recently relocated from Colombia to their village. This encounter sparks his interest in participating in the village's musical battle, driven by a desire to impress her. Now, Daniel finds himself at a crossroads, torn between the pursuit of love and his passion for music. (Subtitles in English)
